Training

Depending on the program of interest - acquiring what you need is usually available from the sponsoring affiliate or associate.

Most orientation or training is sponsored by an organization recognized by FEMA.  There are sponsors in each of the three cities and County - hence where you live can be key.  

You may wish on-going support or it may be required.  Either way, it will be flushed out and accommodated.
